Important Information for T M & Co. Guests:

Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy we ask that you kindly notify us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance by texting your stylist personally, calling the salon at 614.277.8759, or texting the number at confirmation through our automated system or contacting us through email @ tmhairco@outlook.com. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred to the credit card on file or an invoice will be sent to be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled.  

  • 24 hours or more in advance—no fee 
  • Less than 24 hours in advance—$25 flat fee- Must be paid in order to reschedule.
  • No-shows—50% Fee  (cost of services booked ) must be paid before rescheduling, in addition to rescheduling you will be required to put down a 50% deposit of services booked. The deposit may be used toward your future hair services if reservation is canceled within 24 hrs or more in advance. No showing the day of will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Late Policy

Please let us know if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may or may not be able to accommodate the appointment based on time allowance. 

If we are unable to accommodate the appointment that same day there may be a $25 flat fee. If we ARE able to accommodate the appointment there will be no fee.

After 15 minutes with no notice the stylist will assume a no show and there will be a 50% Fee (cost of services booked)must be paid before rescheduling, in addition to rescheduling you will be required to put down a 50% deposit of services booked. Service Adjustment Policy

We ask that if there are to be any adjustments made to your hair services that we are informed within 3 days of your scheduled appointment. 

We will then organize a time to make those necessary adjustments within a 2 week window.

No monetary refunds are available for services rendered. No exceptions.

Product Exchange Policy

 All retail products can be exchanged for an equally valued product within 7 days of purchase.
