Important Information for T M & Co. Guests:

Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy we ask that you kindly notify us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance by texting your stylist personally, calling the salon at 614.277.8759, or texting the number at confirmation through our automated system. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred to the credit card on file or an invoice will be sent to be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled.

  • 24 hours or more in advance—no fee
  • Less than 24 hours in advance—$25 flat fee
  • No-shows—50% Fee (cost of services booked )

Late Policy

Please let us know if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may or may not be able to accommodate the appointment based on time allowance.

If we are unable to accommodate the appointment that same day there will be a $25 flat fee. If we are able to accommodate the appointment there will be no fee.

After 15 minutes with no notice the stylist will assume a no show and there will be a 50% Fee (cost of services booked).

Service Adjustment Policy

We ask that if there are to be any adjustments made to your hair services that we are informed within 3 days of your scheduled appointment.

We will then organize a time to make those necessary adjustments as soon as possible.

Because “Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder” and hairdressing is essentially and art form (and not the sale of a commodity), a certain degree of opinion and subjectivity is always involved in the process. As a result, aside from our willingness to perform an adjustment within a two-week window, no monetary refunds are available for services rendered. No exceptions.

Product Exchange Policy

All retail products can be exchanged for an equally valued product within 7 days of purchase.

There will be no refunds.
