Terra is an energetic, established hairstylist who has been in the industry for over 20 years, her loyal following is proof she is worth traveling near or far for an appointment!

Guests often refer to needing their signature “Terra Haircut” or “Magic Fingers.”
As a left handed French hairdresser she has extreme attention to detail and is highly focused on customizing a look according to your facial features and head shape.

After you have experienced a French haircut by Terra she will then accentuate that tailored cut with her seamless balayage blend of highlights, contouring in all the right places leaving your grow-out absolutely beautiful and effortless.
Whether Terra is creating behind the chair, or traveling and building her brand as a Sunlights Balayage educator & coach, her passion paves the way for unity amongst fellow hairdressers and builds confidence with the power of the paint brush!

Get to Know Cayley!
Cayley’s passion for hair began long before she was licensed—she was her cheer squad’s go-to “hairdresser,” always the last one ready because she was busy perfecting everyone else’s look! She began her professional journey at the Southwestern Career Academy, earning her cosmetology license in 2021 while interning at Terra.Michelle & Co.
After graduating from Southwestern Career Academy
After graduation, she spent time gaining experience at a larger salon in Dublin before feeling called back home to Terra.Michelle & Co. later that same year—drawn to the salon’s faith-driven, intimate, and supportive culture. Cayley trained under her mom and mentor, specializing in French haircutting, French blowouts, and French balayage, which also led her into learning an array of advanced coloring techniques. She has since become a certified hand-tied extension specialist through Trust & Mane, where she’s discovered a deep passion for helping guests achieve confidence and transformation through extensions.
Ongoing advanced education
Cayley continues to refine her craft through ongoing advanced education, including French Cut Camp and a four-day international symposium in Atlanta with leading educators and salon owners from around the world. Her artistry, attention to detail, and heart for people shine through every guest experience, making her an integral part of the Terra.Michelle & Co. team.

Lauren
ASSOCIATE STYLIST
Get to Know Lauren!
Lauren’s passion for beauty began at a young age—experimenting with colorful eyeshadows and styling her hair for show choir sparked a lifelong love for creativity and confidence.
After beauty school
After attending beauty school in North Carolina, she returned home to Ohio and completed a 10-month mentorship program under salon owner Terra, immersed in the French approach to blowouts, French haircutting, and French balayage.
Through this experience, she developed a strong foundation in advanced coloring techniques and continues to refine her craft through ongoing education.
Deepening her skills and passion
Lauren has also had the opportunity to travel and assist Terra in teaching beauty school students the art of balayage—an experience that deepened her skills, confidence, and passion at the chair.
Guests adore her signature shampoo and conditioner massage—often calling it “the best shampoo ever!”—and she strives to make every guest feel relaxed, confident, and beautiful inside and out. Lauren is such a beautiful addition to our team.

Missy is the friendly voice and warm welcome at Terra.Michelle & Co. better known around here as the “Director of smiles”!
She keeps each day flowing smoothly by greeting guests, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting stylists so every visit feels effortless. Her joyful spirit and attention to detail help create the inviting, relaxed atmosphere our guests love.
